Senior Project Manager
Lead complex construction projects from pre-construction through handover, mentoring project teams and owning client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.
- Lead client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Coach and develop project managers and site teams.
- Chair progress meetings and drive risk, change and value management.
Requirements
- 10+ years' construction project management experience with a main contractor or consultancy.
- Proven track record delivering projects £10m+.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence.
